Dear Exhibitors,

Due to the size and logistics involved in RECon 2012, all exhibit spaces are assigned a move-in and move-out day and time.  Exhibitor freight must arrive on your specific move-in date in order to avoid off target charges. Off-target surcharges will apply to all direct shipments received prior to or after your assigned target shipment schedule.

NOTE - The target move-in dates only pertain to the arrival of your freight.  You can set up your exhibit space anytime after your scheduled move-in date & time.  All exhibit spaces must be "ready for show" by Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 10:00am.  Any empty exhibit spaces will be considered "NO SHOWS" and forfeited back to ICSC.

Target plans change as the show floor changes, so we encourage all exhibitors to check back every two weeks for updates.

If you would like to request a change of your target date, please fill out the "REQUEST FOR VARIANCE TO ASSIGNED TARGET TIME" form found in the exhibitor manual (page 121) and submit to GES at icsc@ges.com
